PURCHASING TERMS |
i. You must be at least 18 years old to order our products or make use of our services. ii. We accept no responsibility for validating the importation requirements and restrictions of the purchaser’s country of origin. iii. All products are shipped solely at the purchaser’s risk and with the agreement to reserve any legal action that may be brought against the purchaser if they are not acting per the destination country’s regulations and importation laws. iv. Due to fluctuations in international currency values and changes in shipping fulfillment rates, prices are subject to change without notice. v. Product availability is subject to change without notice at any point. vi. We are unable to cancel your order after your payment has been received. vii. Following your purchase, you will receive an electronic proof of payment that includes your order number, order specifications, username, and password (that you will have chosen) and will allow you to check and track the status of your order as it is being shipped.

PRODUCT DELIVERY | i. We use carbon photo paper to wrap objects, which is impenetrable to X-ray scanners. You have the option of having your goods disguised as toys, video cassettes, or any other object you prefer. ii. We will send the ordered items to the address you provided when you placed your order. iii. The estimated delivery time for our ordinary airmail shipping is 5-10 days inside the United States and 5–12 days for Europe (express shipping is 1-3 business days) and 10-17 business days to South Africa. iv. Deliveries to Germany, Canada, and Australia are made by registered post only (no express shipping) and take 10–17 business days. This reduces the likelihood of products being detained at customs. v. With customs, we have a 99.9% success rate in the United States, 99.5% in Canada and Europe, and 97% in South Africa in getting orders passed through. Even if products are confiscated at customs (which is only a risk of 1% based on our success history over many years), we will compensate 100% of the loss. vi. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays during national holidays or delays caused by the mail service in charge of the delivery. vii. Any delivery dates we provide are simply estimates, and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, penalties imposed by the Postal Service, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay in delivering the products to you, unless, of course, they were due to our negligence. viii. We are unable to reship an order if a shipment was not delivered due to customer issues (i.e., not being at home or not picking up the parcels from the post office on time). Only items confiscated by customs or damaged during transit are reshipped. ix. We no longer retain ownership of the goods and have no further responsibility for lost or damaged items once you have received, are in possession of, and checked the goods sent to your designated address. |
LIABILITY | i. If the purchaser provides erroneous shipping information, the order may be misdelivered and/or returned to the sender. We accept no responsibility for order losses resulting from this misdelivery or for any losses that may ensue. ii.
